Signature RCC Framework by Dt. Foram Modi
Fix The Cause, Not Just the Symptoms
Eat to Correct, Not Control
Most of the health problems do not start overnight. And hence, we believe that these problems do not get fixed with shortcuts. We at Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi are crafting personalized disease reversal diet plans since last 12+ years.
We have created customized therapeutic diet plans for weight gain, PCOD, gut issues, fertility, and many more, where we focused on treating the root cause and not just the symptoms.
All our work is based on our signature RCC framework, Root Cause Correction. It is our very own methodology of crafting the right therapeutic diet plans at Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi in Borivali West, Mumbai.
Signature RCC framework is a science-backed workflow which is designed to identify why your body is having that problem and it focuses on correcting the underlying driving factors.
We focus on factors such as hormonal disruption, insulin resistance, gut health, and nutrient deficiencies etc. On this page, we explain you everything about our Root Cause Correction framework that we apply in all our therapeutic diet plans.
Why Symptoms Based Diets Fails?
We at Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi, Borivali, Mumbai, have created this signature RCC framework because we are not the dieticians who focuses only on symptom-based diets.
Symptom-based diets work only on the surface. They don’t take into account why these symptoms are happening in the first place.
For example, if you want to do a weight loss, a symptom-based diet will ask you to eat less carbs and such a dietician may give you a generic weight loss diet.
That isn’t what we do at Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi, Mumbai. Symptom-based diet shows only short-term changes, but you need to keep in mind that the symptoms do return.
And, they do return with a strong force than before. That is because, the real drivers which causes those symptoms are still there. Some of these drivers are, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, internal inflammation, poor gut health, high stress, disrupted sleep, and many more.
These symptom based dieticians do not touch all these things. They will just prescribe you a diet chart that will only work on the surface.
Another major reason why symptom based diets fail is that, these diets are prescribed same for everyone. For example, two people who are looking for weight loss will be given the same diet by the dietitians.
This is because the symptom is extra weight, and hence the diet is same in both the cases. But this one size fits all approach doesn’t work over the long term.
It leads to frustration, food fear, and loss of confidence of the client for the dietitian. That’s why at Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi, Mumbai, we don’t prescribe symptom based diet at all.

How Blood Reports Guide Our Signature RCC Framework ?
At Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi, Mumbai blood reports are not checked for namesake. Blood reports are the basis of the full design of a diet plan.
Your pathology reports are clues for us to understand what you are experiencing internally. Pathology reports tells the symptoms inside your body, and that’s where the RCC framework wants to work at.
We want to fix the root cause shown by the blood reports. Our best nutritionist in Mumbai will study these reports in detail. During your consultation call, either in-clinic or online consultation, we mandatorily ask you to get your blood reports done.
Without blood reports, we are not able to proceed. We will not give you a diet plan if you don’t give us the report. And why we do that? Because we don’t do any guesswork.
We have to design a diet plan which is precise and targets the root of the problem. How do we know the root of the problem? The blood reports. Period.
Below are some blood tests that we prescribe and is basis of our therapeutic diet plans at Makes You Eat by Dt. Foram Modi, Mumbai.
Please note, our head nutritionist Dt. Foram Modi will prescribe you tests only after first inspection/consultation. You won’t be asked to do all tests or the tests which are not related to your medical condition.
