    • Wash and chop broccoli, ginger, garlic, and chilli.

  2. Sauté for Flavor:

    • Heat a pan with a tsp of oil/ghee. Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.

  3. Cook the Veggies:

    • Add broccoli and almonds. Stir for 2 minutes.

    • Pour in water or broth, cover and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is soft.

  4. Blend It Smooth:

    • Cool slightly, then blend into a smooth soup using a blender.

    • Return to the pan, adjust salt and pepper. Simmer for a minute.
