First Meeting with Dietitian Foram Modi - 3rd April 2026
On 3rd April 2026, the client booked the online dietitian consultation call with Dt. Foram Modi to explain his case.
During this first online diet consultation, client mentioned various problems to be addressed. He knew he is aware of various health risks of eating alcohol and eating outside food on very often. However, he believed that he needs to change.
This self motivation was enough for dietitian Foram Modi to proceed ahead. Dietitian Foram Modi noted that the client also followed some physical workout plan and the biggest challenge for the client was lack of control over his food habits.
He mentioned he eat food in unlimited quantity and eat anything anytime. So, Dt. Foram Modi noticed a strong mindset barrier here, but that’s how we find with every new client, a new challenge.
The consultation call lasted for around 1 hour and dietitian Foram Modi understood the client needs in detail. On 3rd April 2025, the weight was 105 kg and shirt size was 3XL.

Findings in Liver Profile Report Done on 11th April 2026
